Warranty Period: 6 Years

In the unlikely event that a problem occurs with your product within the warranty period, as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship, Tynimo at its discretion, will replace / repair the product in accordance with the warranty terms & conditions stated herein.

In the course of normal handling, your product may suffer abrasions, cuts, scratches, dents, or soil, which are not part of the warranty claim. Certain component parts, such as wheels, zippers, trolleys, fabric, etc., will show wear & tear and eventually need to be refurbished or replaced. This wear and tear is not covered under the warranty.

TERMS & CONDITION OF WARRANTY

This warranty applies when the product is used under normal conditions and for the purpose for which the product was designed. The warranty does not cover:

1. Defects not reported timely to the company within the said warranty period.
2. Damages caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items other than personal belongings and/or has extraordinary weight), abuse, accidents, mishandling, negligence, unauthorized repair, tampering, loss of components or accessories, exposure to extreme heat and temperatures, solvents, acids, rain, or water.
3. Powder coating, gold plating, or wood finish on locks, frames, channels, and all other metallic surfaces.
4. Damages such as zip bursts, cracks, dents, and scratches to any of the components, tearing of the inner lining, or any other fabrics.
5. Damage to the leather trimmings. Damages caused by mishandling and abuse in transit.
6. Customers will be responsible for transporting their product for repair or arranging for its transportation and for payment of any initial shipping charges.
7. In order to claim a warranty, the product must be dropped off or picked up at TYNIMO authorized outlets only.

Tynimo will replace or repair the defective product (deemed defective as per the terms and conditions of the warranty) within a reasonable period of time, at its own discretion. The company respectfully reserves the right to determine the nature of the defects, whether or not the problem is covered by Tynimo warranty, and the applicability of the warranty.

NOTE: There may be a difference between the warranty issued and the warranty communicated to you. In the event of a difference, this warranty will prevail.
